This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team of dedicated professionals to deliver high quality, patient centred care to our patients.

Main duties of the job

You will work in a supportive, friendly environment with our integrated team of Doctors, ANP's, Clinical Pharmacist, Paramedic, Social Prescriber, Care Co-ordinator, Social Prescriber, Mental Health Nurse, Specialist Diabetes Nurse and Nursing team.

The whole team works together to provide an innovative and caring service where patients are truly at the heart of everything we do.

Abbeyview Surgery is a semi-rural, part dispensing Practice serving circa 9300 patients in Crowland, Lincolnshire.

We have a strong team ethos where all departments work collaboratively to provide the best patient centred care possible.
