Medical Receptionist

Duties:- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar- Check-in patients- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary- Handle incoming and outgoing emails- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized

Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry- Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers and scanners- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality

• Previous experience of working in a medical environment is preferred, but not essential.
