Salaried GP - Part Time - Kensington Road

Job summary

Kensington Road lies in the leafy suburb of Earlsdon in Coventry.

We are a forward thinking innovative practice who understands the importance of a good work/life balance for GP's. The surgery have a medical administrative team for results and clinical paperwork thus reducing GP workload.

We have recently been granted our Sponsorship License from the Home Office, enabling us to widen our recruitment pool.

Currently a single handed practice of 6,500, our clinical staff are made up of our single handed GP, Salaried GP, Salaried ANP, clinical admin team, Clinical Pharmacist and a variety of ARRS roles via our Primary Care Network.

This post would be suitable for a newly qualified GP. Part time 3/4 Sessions negotiable with the practice.

Main duties of the job

You will need to have the skills to resolve and manage issues as they arise and be able to prioritise your workload, be flexible for the needs of the business and able to consider business constraints and service user needs. You will also need to have a consistent and compassionate approach with our service users at all times.

Liaising with patients and colleagues is a key part of the role so you must have an excellent telephone manner and great communication skills, be reliable, trustworthy, and have a caring and empathetic manner. Good IT skills and experience are essential.
