Job summary
Bentley Medical Practice are seeking a Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their friendly, experienced practice team.
The hours are part time and days will be Monday - Friday between 8.00am - 6.00pm.
Six weeks annual leave pro-rata.
Gynaecology and Paediatric experience desirable.
Main duties of the job
The ANP will be responsible for the
independent assessment, differential diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing
management of patients presenting with acute, undifferentiated, and complex
conditions. They will act as a clinical expert and resource for the wider team,
driving quality improvement and contributing to a culture of learning and
professional development.
The
role demands a high degree of professional accountability, clinical judgement,
and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a complex,
fast-paced environment.
About us
We are a friendly practice with five GP's, 2 ANP's, 3 Practice Nurses, 2 HCA's and a Phlebotomist along with an administration team.

We use SystmOne clinical system
We have a Nurse Lead, Louise Johnson who holds regular Nurse Meetings and we provide regular support and supervision monthly with one of our GP's.

Qualifications
Essential
- Valid and unrestricted NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- MSc Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent postgraduate Master's level qualification (or demonstrably working towards completion/ Digital Badge)
- Independent Non-Medical Prescriber (V300 or equivalent)
Desirable
- Speciality Experience.
- Clinical experience in primary care.
- To hold a certificate in assessment of paediatrics.
- To hold a certificate in Long Terms conditions management.
- To have experience of gynaecological conditions.
