Salaried GP

Job summary

The role is that of a Salaried GP involving providing comprehensive primary medical care to patients.

We are recruiting to a 6 session Salaried post.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient-focussed GP for 6 sessions per week to join our well-established GP team who will help us provide high-quality care to a diverse patient list size of over 12,500.

Main duties are managing patients for their acute and chronic conditions. Prescribing in accordance with locally agreed or national guidelines. Recording clear and accurate IT based consultation notes. Participating in QIA within the Practice and or PCN.

About us

We operate from purpose-built, fully equipped premises with large consultation rooms and free on-site car parking. Emis is our clinical system. The post holder will enjoy a dedicated reception and admin team and experienced nursing staff and physician associate, as well as an ACP and physios who provide services through our Primary Care Network . Having been a training site for several decades, there will be opportunities to help teach registrars and foundation 2 doctors too.

We offer a comparable rate of pay including NHS Pension and indemnity cover.
