Main duties of the job

As a Receptionist at our practice, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our surgery. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, you will work closely with the reception team to ensure patients receive a seamless, professional, and welcoming service.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing the reception area and overseeing day-to-day operations.
  • Supporting the implementation of new initiatives and procedures, while ensuring adherence to current practice policies.
  • Flexibly taking on additional responsibilities as needed to maintain efficient operations.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure high standards of patient care and service are consistently delivered.
