Job summary
Unique opportunity with a well-established GP Training practice located in
the residential area of South Chiswick near the river, currently seeking a
salaried GP for 4 sessions a week potentially moving to 6 sessions with a view
to partnership.
We have a very good CQC rating and achieve very high QOF points providing a full complement GMS service.
We use Systm One, Accurx and Patchs for online consultation.
Patient list is 4k with an exceptionally low number of home visits.
There is car parking on site, and we can arrange exemptions from LTN's in the area.
Main duties of the job
Main duties are to supply all GMS services through a combination of online, telephone and face to face consultations.
Administrative responsibilities include issuing electronic prescriptions, reviewing path results, actioning clinical letters and tasks.

Desirable
- Minor surgery, LARC, injectable therapy for Type 2 diabetes (eligible candidates can be given time to acquire desirable skills).
