Job summary

We are looking for someone to join our close knit team front of house on the reception desk.

We have 26 hours available across 5 days

Main duties of the job

Taking Phone calls

Booking patients appointments

navigating alternative appointments and services

assisting colleagues

Answering emails and completing tasks

Along with other duties along the way

Hatch will include handing out patients medication that is ready to collect

About us

Hanslope surgery is a part of the parks medical practice.

We have 4 sites in total - Hanslope, Blisworth, Roade and Grange park.

We recently joined partnership with danes camp and rillwood surgeries as well.

Happy to help where ever possible and always carry a smile.

To also work on our Dispensary "Hatch" Handing out prescriptions to patients who come to collect their medication. Offering help and assistance to their queries.
