Job summary
We are looking for 4 receptionists to complete our amazing reception team across 4 sites.
All staff are contracted to our 6 sites but usually based at just one site specifically.
Main duties being the Front of house greeting and helping patients from the reception desk and via the phones
Main duties of the job
The Role of a receptionist is an important one. You are the first person a patient see's and are the one to organise the help they need.
You will work closely with the clinical team and ensuring their appointments are booked correctly. Navigating the patient to the correct clinician for their needs.
Keeping a calm and smooth reception area for the patients to feel comfotable and looked after whilst they are unwell or in need

We are partnered with Danes camp and Rillwood which means we have 6 sites to provide care from.
Each site usually has its own team but we all work together to provide the best patient care we can.
