Job summary

We have a fantastic team in the surgery and are looking for friendly, highly motivated individuals who will fit well into our Oakfield family. The opening is for an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Physician Associate or Paramedic Practitioner

Main duties of the job

You will undertake face to face and telephone consultations with patients who present with a wide range of illness, both acute and chronic. You will provide high quality care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, examination, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing medication where appropriate and evaluation of care. You will have the full support of the Clinical team who communicate on teams channels, in person and meet regularly to discuss cases and learning.
