Main duties of the job
Youll be doing things like:
- Taking the lead on everything medicationrelated: repeat prescriptions, reviews, drug monitoring, and ensuring safe, effective prescribing.
- Running your own medication review clinics and supporting patients directly.
- Working closely with GPs, nurses, and our wider team to deliver joinedup, highquality care.
- Using your clinical expertise to optimise medicines and improve health outcomes.
- Collaborating with your parttime Pharmacist Dispenser to keep repeat prescribing efficient and accurate.
- Sharing learning with other Pharmacists in the group and contributing to service improvements.
- Bringing strong organisational skills to keep your workflow smooth and your patients happy.
