Nursing Associate
Location: Across all sites
Full-time ideally / Part-time available
Salary: Band 4 - £30,000-£33,000 ( dependent on experience)

As a Nursing Associate, youll be a key part of our multidisciplinary teambridging the gap between Healthcare Assistants and Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Main duties of the job
- Delivering holistic nursing care under the supervision of registered professionals
- Carrying out clinical tasks including wound care, immunisations and long-term condition reviews.
- Administering flu vaccinations, pneumococcal and child immunisations
- Perform and record clinical observations such as blood pressure, temperature, respirations, and pulse
- To provide routine care to patients as required in accordance with clinical based evidence, NICE and the NSF
- Promote health and well-being to all patients, for example undertaking the NHS health check
- To provide wound care, dressings and other clinical tasks as required
- Carrying our cervical screenings and seasonal vaccinations
- Supporting health promotion and education initiatives
- Contributing to the assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care
- Is a registered Nursing Associate with the NMC
- Has experience working in a primary care, community or similar setting
- Brings strong clinical judgement and a proactive, person-centred approach
- Communicates clearly and works collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Is organised, adaptable and committed to professional development
- Shares our values of kindness, excellence, and accountability
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Supporting safe and effective care across our practices and services
