Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Paramedic to join Dartford Model Primary Care Network as part of their growing multi-disciplinary team. To use advanced clinical skills to provide education to service users, promoting self-care and empowering them to make informed choices about their treatment. This may include working until 8pm weekday evenings or 9am-5pm on Saturdays as part of a rota to provide care to patients across the PCN from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, and from 9am-5pm on Saturdays.
Main duties of the job
The post holder must be a registered Paramedic with post graduate qualifications relevant to the position. Experience in General Practice and independent prescribing training would be an advantage but is not essential. You will be engaged with the Roadmap to Practice pathway to support your role as a First Contact Practitioner. We would be interested in applications from Advanced Practitioners. The salary for this role will reflect the Skills and Experience of the applicant
