- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages/signposting as necessary
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Customer service, 1 year of experience is preferred
- Administration experience, 1 year of experience preferred
