Inspire Health

General Practice Nurse

The closing date is 25 August 2025

Job summary

Inspire Health is looking to appoint a practice nurse to join our very friendly and progressive nursing team which consists of Practice Nurses, Nursing Associates and Healthcare Assistants. This post has become available due to retirement. Our team is rare as it is filled with enthusiastic, caring and highly skilled professionals who work incredibly as a team and offer great support to one another. There isn't another like it! As a result it's a very lovely environment to work in despite the pressures faced by primary care.

We would ideally like to recruit a team member with experience of long term condition management in primary care, in particular respiratory knowledge alongside the many specialist clinical skills required as a practice nurse. However, we would be willing to consider training the right candidate.

Main duties of the job

The Practice Nurse will work as part of the primary care team providing a wide range of nursing care to a mixed population. This will require a specialist set of skills and knowledge which the successful candidate will be required to maintain and update to practice safely.

Please read the attached job description and person specification documents for further information.
