seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a busy primary care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Promote health education and preventative care
- Maintain accurate patient records in line with professional standards
- Relevant qualification
- Current registration with General Medical Council or Nursing and Midwifery Council
- Experience in a primary care or community setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Main duties of the job
- Conduct the following assessments
- Cervical cytology
- Baby immunisations
- Travel vaccines
- Depo & prostap
