Job summary

seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a busy primary care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Promote health education and preventative care
  • Maintain accurate patient records in line with professional standards
Requirements

  • Relevant qualification
  • Current registration with General Medical Council or Nursing and Midwifery Council
  • Experience in a primary care or community setting (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Main duties of the job

  • Conduct the following assessments
  • Cervical cytology
  • Baby immunisations
  • Travel vaccines
  • Depo & prostap
