Job summary
We are a large busy medical practice that provides general practice medical services to over 11,000 patients in the Radcliffe and Bury area.
We are looking to employ a medical administrator to join our supportive and friendly practice Team.

Main duties of the job
The role of medical administrator covers a wide range of administrative duties such as:
Being the first point of contact for patient and service users
Navigating patient calls to services
Booking appointments
Maintaining patient notes and processing patient requests using the Emis clinical system
Filing of patient letters and documents electronically
Completing daily administrative tasks
The practice will provide full training plan to successful applicants.
About us
The practice was established over 40 years ago and is one of the oldest practices in Radcliffe. The practice clinical Team consists of 2 GP Partners, 5 salaried GPS, 2 ANPs, 3 nurses, a HCSW and a phlebotomist who are supported by our excellent administrative Team.
As a training practice we also oversee the training of FY2 and ST3 GPs.
The practice has a protected monthly learning time for all staff to undergo training.
