Job summary

The Partners of Tunstall Primary Care are seeking an exceptional individual to take on the role of Practice Manager. If you have a proven track record in leadership, possess sound knowledge of strategic business management, finance, quality controls, and HR, then we want to hear from you.

Main duties of the job

As the Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational management of the practice. Your responsibilities will encompass compliance, HR, finance, premises management, health and safety, and IT. Rest assured, you will have the support of a strong management team including an Operations Manager, Secretarial Team and a CQC focused assistant.

This is a full-time and permanent position with a negotiable salary for a 37-hour week, to be determined during the recruitment process based on your experience and performance. Additionally, you will enjoy 5 weeks' leave per year, statutory bank holidays, and access to the NHS pension.

We are looking for an adaptable and loyal team players, eager to contribute to a supportive and dynamic practice.

At Tunstall Primary Care, we pride ourselves on our compassionate and team-focused approach. We value individuals who share our ethos and can foster excellent teamwork. We are a 6 GP practice (3 Partners and 3 Salaried GP's) with two purpose-built, modern premises, we provide exceptional care to 13,800 patients in the north of Stoke-on-Trent. Our practice is also involved in training undergraduates, GP's, and nurses, and actively participates within our PCN and federation. We have a CQC rating of Good with our most recent inspection having been held in June 2021.
