Job summary

At Fordbridge Medical Centre we are committed to providing high quality, patient centred care. We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to work alongside and enhance our established and friendly Pharmacy team.

Main duties of the job

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in optimising medication use, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring safe and effective prescribing. Working within your professional boundaries you will be responsible for delivering structured medication reviews, supporting chronic disease management and providing expert advice on medicines.
