Job summary
We are seeking a motivated Receptionist/Administrator to joi our friendly team. This is a key role within the
practice, supporting the clinical and administration team and ensuring the smooth flow of patient
services.
Main duties of the job
First point of contact for patients in person and by phone
Deliver a professional and empathetic service.
Manage appointments, cancellations, registrations, prescription requests, and general queries via EMIS.

Support clinical triage and direct patient flow efficiently.
Handle communications (email, mail, results, documents).

Assist with document management (scanning, coding, AccuRx tasking).

Uphold data accuracy, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance.

Provide admin cover as needed across the team.

Strong experience using EMIS Web in primary care.
