Main duties of the job

  • Perform venepuncture to collect blood samples safely and efficiently.
  • Provide reassurance and support to patients during the blood collection process.
  • Accurately label, prepare, and document blood samples for laboratory analysis.
  • Maintain detailed patient records and ensure data protection compliance.
  • Adhere to strict infection control and hygiene protocols.
