Job responsibilities

Salaried GP, Blackwood Medical Group

£11k per session annually, 2-4 sessions, 7 weeks annual leave

Due to an expanding list size, we are looking for a highly motivated and reliable GP with excellent communication and clinical skills to join our well-established, vibrant and innovative practice.

About us:

• 14000 patients
• 2 attractive, purpose-built surgeries (Avicenna and Oakdale Medical Centres)
• 3 Partners, 2 Salaried GPs and 4 Nurses
• 5 Independent Prescriber Pharmacists and 1 Pharmacy Technician
• 3 Physician Associates
• Traditional face to face consultations
• GP training practice
• 25 minutes from Cardiff
• We pride ourselves on being well led, flexible, patient focused and supportive with a great team of dedicated administrative staff

We offer:

• 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave pro rata
• A dynamic practice who have internally fairly redesigned our services Post Covid19
• No expectation to be involved in partnership roles (QAIF, Caerphilly East NCN, audits and teaching), but, interest for future involvement welcomed
• Flexible start date and working days
