Job summary
Due to staffing re structure, we are
looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self motivated person to join ASA Medical
Group. This is a busy and varied post and requires someone who has the desire
to learn.
This is a part time post at 16 hours per
week. However, some flexibility is required to cover annual leave, staff
absence or practice meetings.

Main duties of the job
Duties of this role include
Supporting patient recall systems, booking patient appointments to achieve patient outcomes in disease management (QOF), vaccinations schedules and enhanced services.
Collect data via searches in the clinical system
Support Primary Care & Network initiatives

Read Coding data on the clinical system
b.
Monitoring patient call and recall systems for all
contracted areas

Support the team in the effective use of searches, audits
and recalls
e.
Configure searches and interpret data for audit purpose
f.
Collate the required data for reporting purposes
g.
Recall patients for drug monitoring purposes
h.
Recall patients for Vac and Imms

Review Policies

Update annual contract changes
k.
Process claims
l.
Book appointments via the PM telephone line
