Chiddingfold Surgery are looking for a GP Retainer to join
our friendly, hardworking team. You will be part of a team which includes GPs, Nurses, HCAs, Physio, Mental Health Worker, Pharmacist, Care Co-ordinator etc.
Main duties of the job
Working up to 4 sessions per week.

About us
Chiddingfold
Surgery is located in the village of Chiddingfold, we are a semi rural Practice
covering over 100 square miles with around 5100 patients, to which we offer a
dispensing service to around 2500 patients.
The Practice lies within the boundary of the Surrey Heartlands ICB and
we are a member of the West of Waverley PCN.
The Practice is a
three Partner Practice, one Partner is full time and the other two Partners are
part-time. The Partners aim is to
provide the highest possible standard and quality of care and they pride
themselves on their friendly personal service.
This ethos is carried forward to the relationship they have with their
staff which operates as a small and supportive team.
We use the EMIS
web clinical computer system and Docman 10 and we refer all the patients using
the eRS scheme, where appropriate.

- Identifying the risks involved in work activities and undertaking such activities in a way that manages those risks

- Using appropriate infection control procedures, maintaining work areas in a tidy and safe way and free from hazards
- Reporting potential risks identified.
