Job summary
We are seeking an ARRS-eligible GP to join our multidisciplinary team, working at Dudley Wood Surgery.
You will provide safe, effective, and accessible care to registered patients, managing a broad range of acute, chronic, and complex conditions. You will work collaboratively with the wider clinical team and contribute to quality improvement, enhanced services, and practice development initiatives.
This post is suitable for fully qualified GPs only. Applications from trainees, FY doctors, or applicants without full GP registration will not be considered.
Main duties of the job

- Assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients appropriately

- Delivering a mix of face-to-face and telephone consultations

- Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
- Inclusion on the NHS England Performers List (or eligible to apply).
- Eligible for ARRS funding under current NHS England guidance.
- Satisfactory enhanced DBS clearance.
- Knowledge of NHS systems and commitment to continuing professional development (CPD).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexible, reliable, and professional approach.
- Ability to commit to the fixed working hours (Tuesday 18:3020:30, Friday 09:0017:00).
- Applicants who do not meet the above criteria or cannot commit to the stated hours will not be shortlisted.
