Job summary
The post holder will deliver
all aspects of work to service standards for SystmOne tasks, medical reports
and medico-legal requests, safeguarding referrals and administration of all
activities related to the work of the referrals administration/ secretarys
team.
In addition, the post holder
will be the first line manager for team performance, team work rosters and
absence management with support from the Practice Management Team and will form
part of the Administrator Senior Team for monthly updates and reviews on all
matters related to practice service delivery.
The post-holder will work
closely, and under the direction of, their Line Manager to improve standards
across a wide range of referrals administrative activity.
Main duties of the job
Achieving service levels for all activity
under the remit of the Secretarial Team.
Management of all daily processes and
systems for the team to ensure adequate cover for all aspects of work within
the team
Maintaining an effective team through
supervision, training and line management
Work within the secretarial team and
contribute to the workload as required when management responsibilities are not
required.
Networking with the broader Senior Clerk Teams
Managing data quality issues and service level
activities for the team.

with all functions of the clinical system and their applications plus national
and local quality standards for primary care.
A good understanding of Quality Outcomes, CQC
requirements from the team they lead and other systems related to referrals administration
are required for this role.

support, advice and training for current and new staff in the use of the
Clinical System and non-clinical processes
Working,
as necessary, to validate patient information, performing regular checks and
