Main duties of the job

We're seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to our diverse patient population. You'll work closely with our GPs and wider clinical team to deliver services such as:

  • Chronic disease management (e.g. diabetes, asthma, COPD)
  • Immunisations and vaccinations
  • Cervical screening
  • Health promotion and lifestyle advice
  • Family planning and sexual health services

  • Cytology
  • Chronic disease management
  • Travel vaccinations
  • Rountine immunisations/Childhood immunisations
  • Ordering of vaccinations
  • Ordering stock
  • Infection control management alongside the Practice Manager
