Fantastic opportunity for 1-2 well-motivated patient centred GP(s), Sessions negotiable and flexible, to join our friendly, dedicated team. Currently: 2 Partners, 3 Salaried GPs, 3 Practice Nurses including Nurse Prescriber and HCA along with ARRS staff. The Practice is looking to expand to meet rising demand and develop and welcome GPs with special interests/can support professional development and have a good work-life balance. Happy to wait for the right candidate.

Main duties of the job

Competitive Salary + Indemnity + Pension.

6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study (pro-rata)

Support GPs with Special interests.

Will consider newly qualified/ experienced GPs seeking to have a good work life balance. Skilled Visa (Formerly Tier 2) GP Practice.

Job responsibilities

Clinical Duties:
  • Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and online consultations for patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with guidelines and best practice
  • Undertake home visits when required
  • Provide preventative care and health promotion advice
  • Manage long-term conditions (e.g. diabetes, asthma, hypertension)
  • Participate in safeguarding responsibilities for children and vulnerable adults
Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using clinical systems EMIS and Docman
  • Process test results, referrals, and correspondence in a timely manner
