Greenford Road
Medical Centre, 591 Greenford Road, UB6 8QH and we look after 7,672 patients.
We are 3 GP
Partners = 15WTE sessions per week. Partnership includes 3 female Partners.
Team includes:
Practice Business Manager, Assistant Practice Manager, Salaried GPs, Advanced
Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurse, Health Care Assistant, administrators and
receptionists.
ARRS Team: Clinical
Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, First Contact Physio & Social Prescriber
This exciting
vacancy is for an additional Salaried GP with view to Partnership to join our
friendly team.
Main duties of the job
We are open to
discussion on the number of sessions per week needed, to get the right candidate.
We are looking for
a Salaried GP with view to Partnership who shares our values of offering high
quality patient centred care.

Job responsibilities
Specialist roles -
We have monthly Clinical Meetings and monthly whole team meetings. We encourage
staff to undertake CPD and have staff who also undertake specialist roles, such
as LTC, mental health, joint injections and child health and warfarin
monitoring.
Primary Care
Network - We play an active part as members of Northolt, Greenford &
Perivale (NGP) PCN which covers 71,995 patients.
Day to day work -
The post holder will be expected to undertake all the normal duties and
responsibilities associated with a Salaried GP with view to Partnership working
within primary care including:
Patient
consultations either face-to-face, telephone or video
Take part in the
on-call rota
Paramedic support
for acute and routine home visits for housebound patients
Clinical admin
including completing tasks and filing or actioning results and
documents/reports
Assisting with
medical emergencies within the Practice when needed
Participating in
team meetings
Contributing to
audits where appropriate or necessary
Clinical Governance
Taking part in the
business and strategic decisions for the partnership in conjunction with the
other partners and Practice Business Manager
Flexible working
