At Weatheroak Medical Practice, our GP Receptionist is a vital part of the team, ensuring the smooth running of all administrative processes that support our GPs. This includes managing incoming and outgoing calls, booking patient appointments, reporting results, providing patient services, processing prescriptions, handling clinical correspondence, and using our practice IT systems efficiently.
As one of the first points of contact for patients, the GP Receptionist plays a key role in representing Weatheroak Medical Practice, creating a professional, friendly, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits or contacts us.
