Job summary
We are seeking a motivated Practice Nurse to provide high-quality patient care within a busy practice. The role includes chronic disease management, immunisations, health promotion, wound care, cervical screening, and supporting long term condition reviews. The successful candidate will work collaboratvely with the multidisiplinary team, demonstrate excellent clinical skills, and maintain high standards of patient care and confidentiality.
Main duties of the job
The main duty of a Practice Nurse is to deliver safe, effective and patient centered clinical care with in a GP Practice, supporting the assessment treatment, and ongoing management of patients' health needs. This includes managing long-term conditions, carrying out clinical procedures, promoting health and wellbeing, and working closely with the wider primary care team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
