Were looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised Health Care Assistant/Administrator to join our small, friendly, but busy practice.
This is a varied role combining patient-facing clinical duties with essential administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritise work effectively.
You'll play an important part in ensuring high standards of patient care, supporting the practice team, and maintaining a professional and efficient service. All duties must be carried out in line with practice policies and guidelines, ensuring that day-to-day activities run smoothly and consistently.

We are a traditional, expanding, patient focused and innovative dispensing
practice of 2808 patients and are a high QOF achiever. Kirkoswald Surgery has
an outstanding CQC assessment and lies in the
picturesque Eden Valley, on the edge of the Lake District National Park and 8
miles from Penrith with its excellent transport links, schools and amenities.
We are very much a part of our local community and our excellent relationship
with our patients is based on mutual care and respect. We have high rates of accessibility for patients, running a remote triage system with most of the workload being dealt with
on the same day and have high patient satisfaction
scores. We are a small, friendly and cohesive team of GPs, Practice Nurses, HCA and Dispensers all supported by a
