Job summary:
We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join our established nursing team.
This position will be based at our Hume Street Medical Centre site in Kidderminster, but there may be an expectation to travel/work at our branch site in Cookley.
Main duties of the job
Candidates will have proven experience in a primary care setting; however applications may be considered if the relevant skills are demonstrated.
You will be able to demonstrate on your CV the ability to cope in a busy and demanding environment. The role will include wound care management, childhood immunisations, womens health and the general care of patients who attend general practice.
Involvement in LTCs and in particular diabetes would be beneficial.
You must be able to demonstrate that you meet all of the criteria within the person specification.
You will need to be a qualified nurse with an up to date NMC registration and evidence of continual professional development. The Practice is supportive in on-going training and development
