We are a high achieving extremely busy Medical Practice based in Olton Solihull. Our registered population is approximately 8200 patients.
We are looking to recruit a Receptionist to join our busy team of 10 other Receptionists. The post is a permanent position
Main duties of the job
We are currently looking for someone who can work under pressure, as part of a team and who has good communication skills with a willingness to learn.
Main duties of the job
The post holder with be involved in booking appointments for both telephone triage and Face 2 face appointments, dealing with prescription requests, dealing with a emails, tasks, workflow of hospital letters. Liaising with the GP's, Hospital Consultants and Community teams .
About us
We are an extremely busy practice which comprises of 5 GPs, 3 Nurses and a HCA /Phlebotomist/ along with 10 other receptionists.
Extended staff include Physicians Associates, Clinical Pharmacists and Paramedic
The team work well together and support each other in their roles
