Job summary

Roselawn Surgery is looking for a qualified practice nurse to work part time, Monday to Friday alongside our admin and clinical team.

Main duties of the job

The role will involve the following duties:

  • Cervical Screening
  • Wound Management - including stitches, ulcer and compression dressings.
  • Doppler Checks
  • Childhood Vaccinations
  • Adult Vaccinations
  • Diabetic Foot Checks

About us

We are a family run surgery based in New Malden. We have a wonderful team of 20 staff members including receptionists, care coordinators, GPs, ANP, Clinical Pharmacist, Mental Health Practitioner, FCP & Social Prescribers.

We have a proactive and can do attitude and the management team always have an open door policy. The team support one another with their workloads and regularly enjoy a social outing outside of working hours.

Essential

  • Qualified as a practice nurse.
  • Registered with the NMC.

Desirable

  • Trained in asthma & COPD checks.
  • Trained in travel vaccinations and consultations.

  • Experience of working within a nursing team.

  • Experience in working in a GP Practice.
