We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our friendly, supportive team at Heath Hayes Heath Centre / Chase Medical Practice, Cannock.
7 Sessions Per Week working across two modern sites
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing primary care to patients, diagnosing and treating a wide variety of health conditions, and offering preventative healthcare advice. As a GP, you will play an essential role in promoting overall wellness and maintaining the health of the community by addressing both acute and chronic medical issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough physical examinations to assess patients' health.

Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions (acute, chronic, and minor illnesses).

Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blood tests, x-rays, etc.).

Manage and monitor ongoing care for patients with chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension).

Provide counseling and health education on lifestyle changes and preventative care (diet, exercise, mental health).

Ensure the accurate documentation of patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
