Job summary

Practice Nurse

We have an opportunity for a ExperiencedPractice Nurse to join the team at our practice in Bradford West Yorkshire. A great opportunity to work in an innovative and fast expanding practice.

High QOF achieving practice & our clinical system is systmone.

The successful candidate should demonstrate good leadership, be a team player and contributeto our practice MDT meetings.

This is a full time post/ability to job share is also available.

We are offering an extremely competitive salary range depending on Practice Nurse Qualifications and experience, plus NHS Pension and annual leave up to 25 working days + 8 bank holidays(pro rata for part time).

Main duties of the job

Candidates will ideally have proven experience in a primary care setting, however applications may be consider if the relevant skills are demonstrated.

You will be able to demonstrate on your CV the ability to cope in a busy and demanding environment. The role will include wound care management, childhood immunisations, chronic disease management, womens health and the care of patients who attend general practice. You must be able to demonstrate that you meet the all of the criteria within the person specification.

You will need to be a qualified nurse with an up to date NMC registration and evidence of continual professional development.
