We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our PCN Executive Team to provide operational and organisational support and guidance to the network to help meet the agreed aims and objectives.
You will support the delivery of ongoing improvement and effectiveness for administrative and clinical services using new technologies and other initiatives to improve care and support the sustainability of Primary Care.
You will work alongside the Clinical Director and the Digital and Transformation Manager and as an Executive Board report back to the PCN Board.

About us
North
Devon Coastal Primary Care Network consists of three practices Combe Coastal
Practice (Ilfracombe and its branch surgeries at Combe Martin and Woolacombe),
South Molton Medical Centre and Caen Medical Centre which covers a patient
population size of approximately 47,000.
The
PCN currently employs around 22 WTE roles which are spread across the 3 sites
giving patients equity across the geographical area we cover. Services include
MSK Practitioners, Pharmacy Team including Clinical Pharmacists and Pharmacy
Technicians, Paramedics and a Health and Wellbeing Team.
