About us
We Are Mind Freedom
Our Mission is to ensure everyone who needs to talk is able to access support when they need it.
We all experience difficult times in our lives and some of us need a bit of support. We know that thoughts and beliefs influence our feelings and behaviours, and our aim is to help people understand their own patterns and find better tools and strategies for coping.
Through talking therapies such as counselling and psychotherapy people are able to become more aware of their thoughts and learn to understand themselves better. This can create the space to make better choices and empower their life.
Coaching can then be followed on after counselling or psychotherapy and provides the space for people to plan for their future and set goals. It opens the pathway to possibilities and supports with moving forward with the added benefit of having someone to guide and support you along the way.
