Our pay rates for this work are calculated on an hourly basis and range between £25 and £90 per hour, depending on experience. Please see below:

Who are we looking for?

Main duties of the job

The role of the coach is to support our clients on their journey to building positive habits. The service provides talking therapies throughout the clients journey from Counselling (working on past/present) to coaching (working on present/future). The duties include meeting with clients to understand their history and support their journey of growth by offering an objective perspective alongside, strategies and planning tools to help form new habits, set goals and achieve more.

We are looking for coaches who have skills and experience working with individuals with one or more of the following challenges:

Personal development

Relationships

Self confidence

Other areas of specialism are also welcome.

Establishing relationships with clients

Promoting and supporting the client's choices

Supporting the client to embed new habits and set and achieve goals.

Maintaining detailed and accurate records of each session with a client

Monitor each clients progress and feed this back to the client.

Working with clients families (when necessary) to help them offer the most appropriate support.

Maintaining a working knowledge of the latest coaching techniques

Attending monthly supervision

Who are we?

We are Mind3dom. Providing talking therapies to our clients, our aim is to ensure everyone who needs to talk is able to access the support they need, when they need it. We are growing a full-service organisation within the health sector, supporting clients throughout their journey. The service we offer connects clients with trained therapists and coaches based on their individual needs, challenges and preferences. Although our service is remote, we encourage talking every step of the way. Mind3dom, has the clients and coaches well-being at heart; we speak to our clients before matching, check in regularly with our clients and coaches and provide supervision too. We are there for the whole journey, from past to present to future.
