We are looking for a part time experienced practice nurse to complement our successful and friendly village GP practice. Capelfield Surgery has been established within the Claygate community for over 30 years and have a steady patient size of 8,000.We have 3 GP Partners, 4 part-time salaried GPs, 2 GP trainees, 1 respiratory nurse, 1 junior practice nurse, 2 health care assistants, and a very supportive management, back office and reception team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible Practice Nurse to join our friendly & professional practice team. The successful applicant is expected to have relevant proven experience in the NHS, within a GP Surgery environment including QOF and Emis web experience. The candidate needs to offer full range of nursing duties including Child and Adult Immunisations, Travel Vaccinations, Long Term Condition management including Diabetes, Cervical Screening, Medication Injections, Complex Dressings and Dopplers. Experience in overseeing CQC nursing responsibilities desirable.

Reports to: GP Partners Hours: 8-16hrs/wk over 1-2 days/week, likely Wednesday and Thursday or Friday Salary: Negotiable depending on experience Start Date: August 2025

The role will allow the appointed candidate to flourish and be pivotal in the development of provision of nursing care in primary care. Standard holiday package and NHS Pension scheme. Regular clinical meetings and clinical support as required.
