Receptionist/Administrator Vacancy
Job Summary
We are currently looking to recruit a
Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy team. The successful applicant will work 25 hours a
week but will be willing to work flexibly when needed. The practice working day is between 08.00 and
18.00. The shift patterns will be 0.800
to 13.00 or 13.00 to 18.00 on a rota.
Main Duties
Receptionist experience/customer
service is desirable, but training will be given to the successful
candidate. You will work as part of a
team of Receptionists, maintaining a high quality and efficient service for the
patients. You will be working on the
telephones, the reception desk and providing administration services for the
practice.
For this role you should have a good
standard of education and excellent communication skills, on the phone and in
person. You will be able to work well
within a team, be flexible, have accurate keyboard and typing skills and the
ability to work under pressure. A
pleasant and helpful manner are essential.
You should possess excellent IT
skills and be confident with emails.
Training will be given on the practice medical system.
About Us
Our Surgery provides care for around
6000 patients. We have 4 GPs, 1 ANP, 1 Physician Associate, 1 Practice Nurse,
2 Healthcare Assistants and our Reception Team.
We are a member of the NHS Leeds
Integrated Care Board and also a member of the LS25/26 PCN.
