Job summary

We are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy team.

The successful applicant will work 25 hours a week but be willing to work flexibly when needed.

Main duties of the job

Receptionist experience/customer service is desirable but training will be given.

Applicant will be working on the telephones, reception desk and providing administration services for the practice.

Good standard of education, excellent communication skills, accurate keyboard and typing skills, confident with emails and IT skills and the ability to work under pressure is required.

About us

The surgery provides care for around 6000 patients. We have 4 GP's, 1 ANP, 1 Physician Associate, 1 Practice Nurse, 2 Healthcare Assistants and a reception team.

We are a member of the NHS Leeds Integrated Care Board and also a member of the LS25/26 PCN

The practice working day is between 08:00 and 18:00.
