Practice Nurse

Job summary

We are looking to recruit a practice nurse to join our friendly team here at Chapel Group Medical Centre. We are a forward thinking practice that puts patient at the forefront of everything it does. We use EMIS Web, Docman10 and Accurx. Ideally you will already be working as a practice nurse in general practice. You will competent in baby immunisations, cervical screening, COPD, Asthma, Diabetes and all other long term conditions. We are a training practice and strive for all our staff to be the best and we always encourage our staff to keep up to date in all areas of their training.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard working and looking for a practice where they can settle and feel suported in their role.

Main duties of the job

Baby immunisations, long term condition reviews including, Asthma, COPD, Hypertension, Diabetes etc, cervical screening, travel immunisations, depo provera, health screening.
