We are looking for an experienced receptionist-administrator who is a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our team to work full-time. Working in busy reception/office environment.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
Basic IT computer skills
Strong customer service skills
Ability to deal with people face to face and on the telephone
Ability to organise and prioritise workload
Understanding, acceptance and adherence to the need for strict confidentiality

Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Accurate and thorough approach to workload and tasks
Main duties of the job
The main duties include welcoming patients, answering and navigating phone calls, Filing, photocopying and scanning, processing and issuing prescriptions, providing support to the whole practice team to ensure efficient and effective running of the practice. Experience desired but not essential as full training will be provided.
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week on a Rota basis
