Digital Hub GP Triager

Job summary

This is an exciting role to sit with a team of fun and hard-working admin team managing our online consultation system with all consults that are received on the day. The team on the ground are always happy to help and have amazing experience with speaking to patients over the phone to make GP job easier to get through and also to give the patients the care they require. All protocols have been set in place to also make the work go smoothly as possible.

The digital hub is a new hub in a practice based in Walthamstow near Blackhorse Road Station working remotely for practice in Kent (Stonecross & West Drive Surgery) with car parking space available and several food places to choose from for lunch. As a close-knit team, we tend to hold Team lunches where can bond and get to know each other and also how we can improve on our work to make it more efficient and streamline.

Main duties of the job

The main duties will be:

- Triaging online consultation

-Telephone consultations with patients when possible

- Answering admin queries

- Prescriptions

About us

As the GP Triager for the Digital Hub, you will be in charge of all online consultations that come through our online consultation website (Klinik) to triage appropriately.
