Job summary
This role is key to the strategic development of healthcare delivery in our Health Centre. Management and leadership development is available to the successful candidate.
We are looking to unite the AHP groups (nursing, paramedics, clinical pharmacists) under a single leader. This will be a new role therefore a high degree of role adaptation will be available for the right candidate. The post holder will take the lead on quality, safety and patient experience and will be responsible for the leadership of the teams through the provision of support and guidance that will ensure our patients and staff are safe, cared for and listened to.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will have responsibility for actively developing and leading the delivery of the Nursing and Allied Health Professionals Vision within the Practice and the achievement of service objectives. The post holder will lead on the development and delivery of both clinical and professional standards and, Importantly, this role takes a championing role in patient experience.

The Health Centre is situated in a modern, architect designed building on the edge of the Cotswolds and is a progressive & innovative practice. We provide primary health care to local residents and the surrounding rural area, local nursing and residential homes and a community hospital.
We are a training practice and have a multi-disciplinary team which includes Advanced nurse and Clinical practitioners, Physiotherapists and Clinical Pharmacists.
