Job summary
We are looking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated Practice Nurse with a specialist interest in diabetes to join our friendly team of nurses. This is a part time role working 20 hours per week on Mondays & Tuesdays providing high quality patient centred care within a supportive general practice environment .
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will be involved with a range of treatment room duties including management of long term conditions, they will provide assessment, treatment, screening, health education services and advice to patients on general health with support and guidance from our experienced team of GP's, clinical practitioners and our experienced nursing team. They will support the Infection Prevention Control lead and to work to the IPC policy supporting the implementation of audits, training, support and evidence of compliance.
