Job summary

We are looking for an additional GP to work 6 sessions per week at our newly refurbished, growing practice in the centre of the beautiful market town of Farnham.

Our current list size is 14,000 and our practice comprises a team of 10 doctors, (including 3 partners), 4 nurses, 3 HCAs and a wide variety of additional clinical roles (Physicians Associate, Clinical Pharmacists, Social Prescribers). We work closely with our PCN and benefit from an excellent Same Day Access Centre and an established Integrated Care Team supporting our clinical activity.

At our practice, GPs look after their own personal patient lists. Patients also value the familiarity and consistency, leading to better health outcomes.

If you're someone who values meaningful, long-term patient care and a more personal way of practising medicine, we'd love to hear from you.

This role involves the full range of usual GP duties, including face-to-face and remote consultations, duty doctor participation, managing acute and chronic conditions, preventative care, referrals, and involvement in multidisciplinary team working.
