Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Salaried GP to join our team for 4-6 sessions per week. We are a forward thinking, motivated and friendly practice. We have an excellent team of clinical and administrative staff, and we are also a training practice so regularly have GP Registrars and Medical Students working with us. We are a semi-rural practice with just over 6,200 patients and consistently high levels of QOF achievement.
The salary for this position would be competitive and would range from 10.5k - 11k per session. Salary would be discussed further at interview. You would benefit from full indemnity cover, NHS pension, 6 weeks paid annual leave, and 1 week of study leave.
In terms of working days, this could be discussed, but we would ask that Monday is worked as a full day (2 sessions). One full day (2 sessions of the 4-6) would also be worked as on-call. Again, the on-call day can be discussed. On call days have modified clinics to ensure a manageable number of patient contacts.
We hold monthly clinical meetings with regular Consultant led educational sessions, which you would be invited to be part of.
We focus on ensuring a good work life balance and sustaining our team.
Main duties of the job

You will also:
