Come and join our friendly Clinical Team to work at our fantastic medical centre and enjoy General Practice.

We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team at the surgery. Working 3 days a week; Monday, Wednesday & Friday, due to room space days are non-negotiable. We are seeking a positive can do attitude together with good team working.

Salary will be dependent upon the level of skill and experience of the successful candidate.

Main duties of the job

Working under the direct supervision of the senior practice nurse and strictly in accordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols, the healthcare assistant will assist the practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care.

About us

We are an award winning, large practice with GP registrars and medical students, as well as in house teaching. We are a single practice PCN and have a team of first contact physiotherapists, pharmacists and dietitians too, as well as an award winning team of mental health workers. You would be working across our sites which are all within 15 minutes drive of each other around Watford and all use the same EMIS IT system. Our main surgery site in Bushey is a brand new purpose built medical centre.

Easy access from Hertfordshire or North London- 5 mins from Junction 5 of the M1.
